1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "8spin" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting services operated at 8spin.bet, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and APIs.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any feature of the 8spin platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the 8spin registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player or credited as withdrawable winnings, held in the Player's 8spin wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player or credited as withdrawable winnings, held in the Player's 8spin wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process required by applicable Philippine regulations before withdrawals are processed.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which access to or use of 8spin is restricted, blocked, or illegal under applicable local law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 8spin platform in any capacity — including browsing without registration — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. By completing the registration process and creating an 8spin Account, you enter into a binding legal agreement with 8spin and expressly agree to be bound by:

• These Terms and Conditions;
• The 8spin Privacy Policy;
• The 8spin Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Any game-specific rules published within the platform;
• Any promotion-specific terms attached to individual bonus offers.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other 8spin policy or game rule, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless the conflicting document explicitly states otherwise and has been approved by 8spin's compliance team.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an 8spin Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or automated entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not accessing 8spin from a Prohibited Territory in which online gambling is expressly forbidden by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from 8spin or from another PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform for conduct-related violations.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of 8spin or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.
• You are registering with accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. Providing false registration details — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms.

8spin reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any eligibility criterion at any time without prior notice. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

4. Account Management

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active 8spin Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, or payment method used — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued during two-factor authentication. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 8spin will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.

4.3 Unauthorized Access. If you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify 8spin support immediately via live chat. 8spin will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon verification of your identity. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials prior to a reported unauthorized access incident remains your sole responsibility.

4.4 Account Accuracy. You must keep your Account information — including your name, address, mobile number, and linked payment method — accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to account details require identity re-verification in accordance with 8spin's KYC procedures.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be designated dormant. 8spin reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any maintenance fee is applied.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. 8spin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-native payment channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice. The current list of available methods is displayed in the 8spin cashier section.

5.2 Currency. All transactions on the 8spin platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, which may differ from interbank rates. Any resulting conversion fees are the responsibility of the Player.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier interface at the time of transaction. 8spin reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC identity verification. Verified withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within one to two hours of approval. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. 8spin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

5.5 Source of Funds. By depositing funds into your 8spin Account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. 8spin is required by applicable regulations to report suspicious transactions. Any deposit that triggers an anti-money laundering flag will be held pending investigation and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 8spin are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before opting in. Participation in a promotion constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and minimum odds (for sports bets) are specified in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings that have satisfied the full wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire at a specified date and time as stated in the promotion terms. Any unmet wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry without compensation.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. 8spin actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, staking patterns designed to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk, and coordinated play between related accounts. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.

6.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions. 8spin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing or future promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already accepted it, 8spin will take reasonable steps to honour accumulated progress toward any wagering requirement up to the point of cancellation.

7. Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Availability. 8spin makes available a range of gaming products including but not limited to: online slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting, e-sabong, and bingo. Game availability may vary by region and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a gaming session, 8spin will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its pre-error state where possible. Where this is not technically feasible, the affected game round may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's balance. 8spin's decision on technical malfunction outcomes is final.

7.3 Return to Player (RTP). The RTP percentage for each slot game available on 8spin is published within the game information panel. Live dealer game odds and house edges are governed by the rules of each respective game. Sports betting margins are disclosed within the odds framework on each market. 8spin does not manipulate RTP or game outcomes — all results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or live physical processes.

7.4 Void Bets. A bet or wager may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event was cancelled or abandoned; a technical error affected the outcome; the wager was placed on erroneous odds caused by a manifest pricing error; or the outcome was affected by a prohibited activity as defined in Section 8. Void bets result in the return of the staked amount to the Player's balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8spin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per individual person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage over other players or the house;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's software to gain an unintended advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or tournament results;
• Using the 8spin platform for the purpose of money laundering, structuring, or any financial crime as defined under Philippine law;
• Accessing 8spin using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse as described in Section 6.4;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the 8spin platform's code, infrastructure, or security systems;
• Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward 8spin staff or other players in any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8spin platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, game graphics, software interfaces, promotional materials, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 8spin or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use any 8spin intellectual property for any purpose beyond your personal, non-commercial use of the platform.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, broadcast, or create derivative works from any 8spin content without the prior written consent of 8spin's management. Unauthorized use of 8spin intellectual property may result in Account termination and civil or criminal proceedings under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8spin's total cumulative liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any gaming transaction shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 8spin Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.2 8spin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of the platform — whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory — even if 8spin has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.3 8spin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. 8spin will use reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned downtime in advance.

10.4 Nothing in this Section limits 8spin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection law.

11. Privacy & Data

8spin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies as required by applicable law.

12. Responsible Gaming

8spin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are available at no charge and take effect immediately upon activation.

13. Termination & Suspension

13.1 Termination by You. You may request the closure of your 8spin Account at any time by contacting live chat support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and any active bonus wagering requirements considered forfeited. A Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of KYC verification.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by 8spin. 8spin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, if: the Player breaches any provision of these Terms; 8spin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; the Player fails to complete KYC verification within the required period; a self-exclusion or regulatory restriction applies to the Account; or continued operation of the Account poses a risk to 8spin's compliance obligations.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, all access to the platform ceases immediately. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements at the time of termination are forfeited. Verified Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method subject to applicable KYC and AML checks.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the 8spin platform, or any gaming transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact 8spin's customer support team to seek resolution of any dispute informally. 8spin will endeavour to resolve any complaint within five (5) business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's complaint resolution mechanism as applicable.

15. Amendments to These Terms

8spin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 8spin will notify registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate changes are required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.

Your continued use of the 8spin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1 prior to the effective date of the changes.
